Maximo's owner Vinny Ricigliano has been a Naples restauranter for over 10 years. He has come full circle at Maximo's, starting as a waiter and working his way up to manager from 1996 - 1999 before leaving to run Bully's 5th Avenue Grill. Vinny has recently brought chef Russell Powers in as his partner. Vinny and Russ have worked together in various capacities for the last decade. Vinny's specialty is making you feel at home in his simple but elegant local bar and restaurant, where he aims to offer the highest quality food at reasonable prices. Chef and co-owner Russell Powers hails from the Midwest and lived for many years in Bangkok, Thailand. He has worked in the Naples restaurant scene for over 20 years, including a long stint as executive chef at the Naples Sailing and Yacht Club. He is a grad extern of the Culinary Institute of America. He's a master of combining subtle flavors, and two of his specialties--Walleye Pike and Veal Osso Bucco--are celebrated public favorites. He loves nothing more than the satisfaction of his clientele. |
